Looking for a good responsive theme plugin for this WordPress theme. And possibly one that handles rebuilding it for mobiles and tablets.

Installed Destro theme in place of the basic edited Twenty Eleven them I had. I’ll soon be playing with the css and html to try and get it to feel more unique and possibly get it closer to other themes I have such ad on my tumblr.
